Dopod are one among of the mobile company that are getting popular in Asia. Their Dopod 838 has the same connectivity with the Dopod 900 except for 3G. The Quad Band (850/900/1800/1900), WiFi, Bluetooth, GPRS offerings make the Dopod 838 a powerful PDA phone for users with no need for 3G. Using Windows Mobile 5.0, users can synchronise their data seamlessly from the desktop to their PDA phone, and the fact that the device shares the same interface with users’ desktops makes it easy to use. The Dopod 838 also sports a QWERTY keypad and a 2.8-in 320 x 240 screen. The 1.3 Mega-pixel camera, equipped with built-in photo-light, captures both still images and video. It also supports the same video and audio formats, including MP3. Powered by a TI OMAP 850 processor instead, the Dopod 838 is also equipped with a Mini-SD card option providing additional storage facility.
